NHS NETWORKED CARE

To develop a name, brand, interactive pdf toolkit, film, website that showed best practice within the NHS.

Genium was asked to develop a name, brand and toolkit for use on digital media, including web, interactive pdf and film that showed: Best practice for a sustainable (clinically and financially), successful, specialist networked care model across multiple locations with the largest positive impact on patients, staff and partner organisations. This evidenced-based learning is designed to help non-networked healthcare providers and networked healthcare providers decide whether a networked model of care will make their organisation more sustainable. Practical advice, guidance and framework is given to enable them to establish their own network in the way best suited to their local circumstances.

The toolkit is the culmination of the first year of Moorfields’ vanguard programme, one of 50 vanguard programmes in England chosen to design new models of care addressing the long-term sustainability of the NHS.

Using digital media, including web, interactive pdf and film Genium developed a toolkit that contains collective learning in a single resource that describes what good practice looks like for networked care.

The toolkit contains collective learning in a single resource that describes what good practice looks like for networked care. The site is accessible and easy to navigate through. It will help organisations as they consider the strategic case for adopting a networked model as well as implementing and sustaining it.
