MOORFIELDS EYE HOSPITAL STRATEGY
To design the five-year strategy booklet and script and create two films.
Moorfields, the leading provider of eye health services in the UK, conducts world-class research and education. Genium provided Moorfields with support in producing their five-year strategy for 2017-2022 through a variety of different visual materials.
Following consultations, Genium designed the five-year strategy booklet and wrote and created two films: one of which explained the strategy in detail, the other a doodle-style film that explained the process involved in research and how the strategy was developed. As well as this, Genium visualised written content for the booklet, created an infographic for use on posters and in the booklet, and supported in producing additional relevant content.
The five-year strategy booklet brings together all aspects of Moorfields’ work across clinical care, research and education and applies to NHS and private services, both in the UK and internationally. It builds on the original ‘Vision of Excellence’ published in 2012, which was also produced with Genium’s support, and responds to significant changes in the world around us so that the strategy remains relevant for the next five years.
